Younis Khan (267) made the highest score of his Test career bettering his previous best of 153 against West Indies [Images] at Sharjah in 2001-02. Younis also became the sixth batsman from Pakistan to record a double hundred against India. Zaheer is the only one to have done so twice. Younis' innings is the highest for a visiting batsman on Indian soil beating West Indies' Rohan Kanhai's 256 at Calcutta in 1958-59.Incidentally the previous highest individual score by a Pakistani batsman in India was 188 (unbeaten) by Saeed Anwar at Calcutta in 1998-99. Younis' 267 is now the fourth highest individual innings against India, next only to Sri Lankan Sanath Jayasuriya's [Images] 340 at Colombo RPS in 1997-98, Englishman Graham Gooch's 333 at Lord's in 1990 and Pakistani Javed Miandad's 280 (unbeaten) at Hyderabad (Sind) in 1982-83. | Also Read | | |

Pakistan's total of 570 is their highest against India in India, bettering their 496 for nine declared at Mohali in the first Test of this series. Pakistan's total is now also the highest by any team at Bangalore overhauling India's 541 for six declared against Sri Lanka [Images] in 1993-94. Younis Khan (267) and Inzamam-ul-Haq [Images] (184) aggregated 451 runs in Pakistan's innings. This is the highest aggregate for two batsmen from a side against India in an all-out innings. Overall it was the fourth instance of two opposition batsmen aggregating 450 or more runs against India in the same innings. The list is headed by Sanath Jayasuriya and Roshan Mahanama who aggregated 565 runs in Sri Lanka's total of 952 (for six declared) at Colombo in 1997-98 Younis and Inzamam contributed 79.12% in Pakistan's total. This is the second highest contribution by two batsmen in Test cricket in an all-out innings. Don Bradman and Bill Ponsford had made a contribution of 83.05% in Australia's total (485 out of 584) at Leeds in 1934. Harbhajan Singh [Images] (6-153) achieved his best figures against Pakistan bettering his 3 for 30 at Delhi in 1998-99. Harbhajan has now taken five-wicket innings hauls against six countries. New Zealand [Images], Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are the only countries against which Harbhajan has yet to take a five-for. Anil Kumble [Images] went wicket-less despite conceding more than 100 runs for the third time in his career. Kumble's figures of 46-8-159-0 is his personal worst and fifth worst for any Indian bowler ending wicket-less in an innings. Ten worst such performances for India in Test cricket are listed below.
