Chasing a victory target of 313, India were comfortably placed on the fifth and final day of Mumbai Test, with the scoreboard reading 75 for three.
But England [Images] turned the game on its head, dismissing Rahul Dravid [Images] and Sachin Tendulkar [Images] in quick succession and following it up with the wickets of Sehwag and Dhoni [Images]. India were bundled out for a paltry 100 - their seventh lowest total at home soil.
The last seven wickets falling for the addition of just 25 runs to the total is the worst ever seven-wicket collapse for India in the fourth innings of a Test.
