Infowavz International, a Mumbai-based business process outsourcing firm, has signed a strategic partnership with London-based Contact Power Inc for offshore BPO services into the United Kingdom.

As per the alliance, Infowavz and CPI would jointly deliver end-to-end BPO services including business process consulting services to help clients in process mapping and migration, a joint press release said in Mumbai.

Commenting on the relationship, Zia Sheikh, CEO, Infowavz, said: "We are now ready to provide service of excellence to the UK market jointly with CPI".

"We intend to jointly implement advanced scientific tools like neurolinguistic programming which are proprietary to CPI," Fiona Hills, managing partner, CPI said.

CPI is a resourcing, consulting and training organisation in the UK.
