Templeton MF declares dividend under TILF, TFIF-STP

Templeton Mutual Fund has declared dividend under the dividend plan of Templeton India Liquid Fund (TILF). It has declared a dividend of 0.0912% (Re 0.009 per unit on the face value of Rs 10) under the Weekly Dividend Option and Re 0.002 per unit under the Daily Dividend Option. It has also declared a weekly dividend of Re. 0.010 per unit in the Templeton Floating Rate Income Fund-Short Term Plan.
The record date for all the three schemes is June 8, 2003.
TILF is an open-end fund that aims to provide stability of principal and high liquidity for short-term requirements through investments in high quality money market and debt instruments. TILF has two dividend options namely the Weekly Dividend and Daily Dividend. The minimum investment amount is Rs 25,000 and the incremental amount is Rs 5,000.
Templeton Floating Rate Income Fund (TFIF) is an open-ended Debt scheme that primarily invests in floating rate debt instruments (65%-100%). The scheme aims at providing a regular stream of income, while minimising risk arising from interest rate fluctuations. The minimum investment under the Short Term Plan is Rs 1,00,000.
