Hinduja TMT, the new economy arm of the Hinduja group, has signed new outsourcing contracts with three multinational customers.
Two of them are for call centers -- one from a UK telecom service provider and the other from a US-based broadband and Internet company DSL.
The third contract is from a leading provider of claim reporting and customer services for auto insurance, property liability and workers compensation in the US, the company said in a statement.
This new business is in addition to its business process outsourcing contract with a major healthcare insurance company in the US which it has just renewed for two years with an option for further renewal of one year.
This in itself is likely to get the company approximately Rs 100 crore (Rs 1 billion) in revenues during this period, Hinduja TMT has said.
HTMT has initiated Six Sigma processes at its BPO unit in partnership with KPMG. The company is also ISO 9001 certified across all IT business units, i.e. BPO, contact center and IT services. HTMT has IT delivery centers in Bangalore and Mumbai and offices in the US, UK and France.
The company is the holding arm of the Hinduja group's media, technology and telecom operations. InCableNet, the cable TV operator in Mumbai, is held through one of Hinduja TMT's subsidiaries, IndusInd Media.
