Trilogy Software to expand India operations

Trilogy E-Business Software, one of the world's largest privately held software companies and a leading provider of industry-specific enterprise software will expand in India from being a satellite centre to an independent full fledged organisation by shifting core product development work to India.

Trilogy will invest $45 million over the next three years in its operations in India, in the areas of R&D, product development, HR and marketing besides moving to a state of the art facility.

It will also hire nearly 200 employees over the next one year.

"The growth plans we have set for the India operations are very challenging," said Chinnikrishna Kommi, managing director, Trilogy E-Business Software India Pvt Ltd.

"Trilogy India will focus on end to end product development for global markets. Although the centre will play a crucial role in expanding our business, our drive will be to deliver cutting edge technology. The Trilogy team in India will build specialised products and solutions to cater to the specific needs of customers across verticals," he added.

Currently, Trilogy India develops industry-specific enterprise software for the automotive, computer hardware and insurance industries.
