Shahi Rafsanjani, the Bangladeshi college student, who was arrested in connection with the recent twin blasts in Hyderabad, was found to possess valid travel and stay documents, police said.

The police team which had searched the residence of the bachelor of arts student of Auxilion college near Katpadi in the district, has found that she possessed a visa valid till 2008 and also other relevant documents.

Rafsanjani was arrested by the Special Investigation Team on charges of not possessing proper travel and stay documents.

The police will conduct further inquiries and interrogate Rafsanjani who has been brought to Vellore as part of the investigations.

The Hyderabad police which started investigations Monday, had obtained a court order to bring Rafsanjani to Katpadi.

The police team visited the college and will question the owner of the house where Rafsanjani was staying at Gopalapuram in Katpadi.

The team will also interrogate one Abdul Mubarak who had helped the girl with her admissions and the owner of a private lodge in Vellore where her father had reportedly stayed with 'two others' in 2004, police said.
